Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your new handbag! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Change of Mind: Returns for non-customized, unused, and undamaged items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us at contact@artsyboutiquebags.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your handbag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Shipping Policy
We’re delighted to offer free standard shipping within the USA on all purchases. Because each beautiful handbag is specifically made for you, please allow processing and shipping time. USA approximately 1-3 weeks.  Europe 3-5 weeks. Thank you.
